Shipping
- When will my order arrive?
- We pack and ship orders Monday through Wednesday, and ship them via two-day shipping. If you place an order between Thursday and Sunday, we will process and ship it the following week.
- We can't guarantee the exact delivery date; as soon as we hand your order off to the courier, it's out of our hands. If you have any problems though, please contact us.
- How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive in a recyclable box, packaged in an insulated cooler sleeve packed with dry ice to keep the meat frozen. Our packaging materials were sourced to be sustainable and create the least amount of waste possible while keeping your order frozen during shipping.
- I like my beef steaks thick and juicy. How thick are yours cut?
- You're in luck, my friend! We like our beef thick cut also, so all premium cuts are approximately 1.25 inches thick.
- Why can't I purchase more standalone cuts?
- Great question! There are a handful of reasons for that. First and foremost, we want to help expand your culinary palette and spice up your knowledge of all things meat. With our beef boxes, you'll receive delicious and premium beef in a variety of cuts. Some you may be familiar with and others you may not. Either way, we're sure you'll love 'em all!
- Alright, I'm hooked. How can I buy more of your products?
- That's great to hear! You have a couple different options:
- 1. Subscribe to any of our beef, pork, or combo boxes to receive regular shipments.
- 2. Purchase a quarter, half, or whole beef, or a half or whole hog. This is an excellent way to stock up and ensure you and your family never run out of protein!
